This is a guided session on how to create a clear vision on what you want you menopause journey to look & feel like. It will also cover how to use this information effectively for the largest part of a woman's life

Alice Bullivant - KinesiAlice

Alice is an experienced kinesiologist, mind body medicine and neuro tranformation therapist. One of her key passions is women's health and wellbeing during the perimenopause and menopause phases, being in this stage of life herself.

She will discuss the emotional impacts of this phase, as well as how you can support your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing at every stage, and several easy and natural options for symptom management and resolution. These strategies encompass support on a mind. body, and spirit level for your physical and emotional wellbeing. You will be able to implement some of these strategies immediately, and many at no to low cost. She'll also share some cheeky stories about why things come up for women at this time of life, so get set for some fun and irreverance around the topic of menopause!
