Once your appointment is booked by KinesiAlice Pty Ltd, your time is reserved in my calendar and cannot be booked by anyone else. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours' notice is required. You can advise via text or email even if it is a weekend or after hours.
If you do not provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment, regardless of your reason for cancelling, rescheduling or failing to attend your appointment, even if the reason is that you or someone you care for are unwell.
Your in-person kinesiology appointment can be changed to an online appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. This is not possible for Soulnar due to the nature of the healing.
As part of this cancellation policy, up to date card details or bank account details must be stored on your file. This storage is secured by Stripe, and your data is safe.
Reminder texts are a courtesy only and not responding to your confirmation text is not considered cancellation. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Lateness
Lateness of more than 15 minutes results in cancellation of appointment and full payment for the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non Attendance
In the event of failing to attend your appointment, you will be charged for the full session cost.

I understand that illness and unforeseen events can sometimes prevent attendance, and this cancellation policy is designed with both empathy for these situations and the responsibility to sustain our small business. This approach allows me to continue delivering quality care to the community and ensures fair and consistent treatment for all clients. I appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining this balance.
Fees & refunds
Consultation fees are due at the time of the consultation if not prepaid. Remedies, supplements and other items are not included in this cost. Payment is accepted via cash or card. I use NAB Easy Tap Square or Square as my in-clinic payment platform, and Stripe as a backup platform, as well as on my website. I do not pass on the transaction fees to you, I absorb the cost.
Refunds: should any refund be processed, it will be less any processing fee for both booking and refund that is charged to me.
Payment Terms
You agree to KinesiAlice Pty Ltd securely storing either bank account details or credit/debit card details via Stripe, and acknowledge that all invoice amounts including cancellation fees will be charged to this account
If payment fails, or if your invoice remains unpaid for any reason, KinesiAlice will send you an invoice that is payable within 7 days.
Failure to pay the invoice in full within 7 days will incur a $50 late fee and $5 admin fee per 7 days thereafter until invoice is paid in full.
Invoices are passed to a collection agency after 60 days and all collection costs are payable by invoicee.
Cheque payments incur a $2.50 fee per cheque
Cancellation fees will be charged as per Cancellation, Lateness and No Show policies above.
