Each week for 8 weeks, Alice will guide you through a meditation via a Zoom call….
But this is not just another meditation class!
After each meditation, you will be encouraged to journal within the call, so that you can reflect on what came up for you and process it. This will enhance the power and healing benefits of meditation, and make the experience more insightful and personal to you for maximum benefit.
There will be time for a little Q&A so if you are finding the experience hard, or are not sure if you are “doing it right”, Alice is on hand to answer these questions and help you straight away
